1. Overview
Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are generally final once an order has shipped. This policy explains when replacements, refunds, store credits, or other resolutions may be considered.
2. Final Sale Research Materials
Products sold by Good Morning Peptides are research-use-only materials. For quality, documentation, safety, and chain-of-custody reasons, general returns of shipped products are not accepted.
3. Eligible Issues
Good Morning Peptides may review requests involving incorrect items received, missing items, damaged items, damaged packages, fulfillment errors, duplicate orders caused by a technical issue, or orders canceled before fulfillment begins.
4. Reporting Window
Order issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Requests after 48 hours may be denied.
5. Required Information
To review a request, customers must provide the order number, full name and contact email, description of the issue, photos of package and product condition, and photos of the packing slip or label when applicable.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements may not be available for buyer's remorse, incorrect addresses supplied by the customer, packages marked delivered by the carrier, refusal of delivery, failure to retrieve a package, opened or altered products, improperly stored or handled products, carrier, weather, or holiday delays, or orders placed in violation of the Terms of Service.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before fulfillment begins. Once an order has been packed, labeled, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be available.
8. Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
9. Replacements and Store Credit
Good Morning Peptides may offer replacement or store credit at its discretion based on the order issue and supporting documentation.
10. Chargebacks
Customers should contact support first so eligible issues can be reviewed. Chargebacks submitted without first contacting support may delay resolution.
