Good Morning Peptides ships within the United States only unless otherwise stated during checkout.

3. Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed same or next business day when inventory, payment verification, order review, and carrier availability allow. Processing times are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Business Days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may process the next business day.

5. Shipping Methods and Rates

Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other available carriers depending on service availability and operational needs.

6. Tracking

Tracking information will be sent by email when available. Customers should check spam and junk folders if tracking emails are not visible.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for complete and accurate shipping information. Good Morning Peptides is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Delivery Responsibility

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, delivery timing and carrier handling are outside Good Morning Peptides' direct control. If a package is marked delivered but not received, customers should check with the carrier, mailroom, household members, building staff, or neighbors.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

Good Morning Peptides is not responsible for theft or packages marked delivered by the carrier, but may review issues case by case.

10. Damaged Packages

Customers should contact support within 48 hours of delivery with the order number, photos of the packaging, photos of damaged items, and a description of the issue.

11. Incorrect or Missing Items

Customers should contact support within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and photos of what was received.

12. Restricted Locations

Good Morning Peptides may refuse, cancel, or hold shipments to locations where fulfillment may be restricted, unavailable, or unsuitable.

13. Weather, Carrier, and Operational Delays

Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, high-volume periods, address issues, inventory review, or other events outside company control.

14. Included Laboratory Supply

When offered, 30mL BAC water may be included as a laboratory preparation supply for qualified research use. Availability may vary and may be changed or discontinued.
